This hands-on event features warm seasonal flavors, expert mixology with Jesus, a hearty dinner, and a cozy fall dessert. Whether you love tequila, great food, or learning new cocktails, this class will be the perfect night out.
What You’ll Experience at the Fall Cocktail Class at Lagarde
The evening begins with welcome Prosecco and charcuterie to set the tone. Then Jesus will guide you step-by-step through creating two fall-inspired cocktails: Cinnamon Grapefruit Paloma and Mexican Espresso Martini (Carajillo). You’ll shake, stir, and pour your own drinks using real bar tools while learning techniques you can easily recreate at home. Take-home recipe cards included.
After mixing cocktails, enjoy a festive dinner featuring carnitas sliders and cheesy baked fresh gnocchi with short rib, followed by pecan pie for dessert to round out the seasonal flavors.
