  • Reimbursements, if approved at the sole discretion of the Company, may only be issued in the form of a Company gift card.

  • Alternatively, a guest may request a refund minus 25% of the original purchase price, including taxes, gratuity, and any other incurred expenses.

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (unless required by law), cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and may not expire sooner than permitted by state law.


9. Shipping and Fulfillment (if applicable)

  • Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Once transferred to a carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.


10. Reservation and Event Ticket Terms

  • Event tickets and deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to Company approval.

  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred without Company’s consent.
