This festive, hands-on experience celebrates the bold flavors and spirit of Mardi Gras with expert cocktail instruction from Jesus, a New Orleans–inspired dinner, and a classic Southern dessert. Whether you love rum cocktails, Louisiana cuisine, or learning new mixology skills, this class is the perfect way to enjoy an elevated night out.
What You’ll Experience at the Mardi Gras Cocktail Class at Lagarde
The evening begins with welcome Prosecco and charcuterie, setting the tone for a lively Mardi Gras celebration. Jesus will then guide you step by step through creating two iconic Mardi Gras cocktails: a Rum Sazerac and a Strawberry Daiquiri. You’ll shake, stir, and build each cocktail using professional bar tools while learning techniques you can confidently recreate at home. Guests will also receive take-home recipe cards.
Following the cocktail class, enjoy a flavorful dinner featuring blackened shrimp skewers and duck breast served with dirty rice, finished with classic bread pudding for dessert to complete the experience.
Limited Seats, Elevated Mardi Gras Experience
This Mardi Gras cocktail class at Lagarde is limited to 18 guests, creating an intimate and interactive setting. Each guest will receive a Campesino Rum gift bag to take home. With personalized instruction and a small-group atmosphere, you’ll have time to ask questions, connect with friends, and enjoy the evening at your own pace. Seats fill quickly, so early reservations are encouraged.
