What You’ll Experience at the XMAS Cocktail Class at Lagarde
The evening begins with welcome Prosecco and charcuterie, setting a warm and festive tone. Jesus will guide you step-by-step through crafting two creative holiday cocktails: the Jingle Berry Mule and The Grinch. You will shake, stir, and build each cocktail using professional bar tools and learn practical techniques you can easily recreate at home. Guests also receive take-home recipe cards to continue the fun throughout the season.
After the mixology portion, you will enjoy a holiday dinner featuring Cajun Lobster Rockefeller oysters, followed by rich and comforting pappardelle alla Bolognese, with chocolate cake for dessert to complete the evening.

This XMAS cocktail class at Lagarde is capped at 18 guests for an intimate and interactive experience. Every guest receives a Belvedere or Ghost Tequila gift bag to take home. With personalized instruction and a small group setting, you will have plenty of time to ask questions, connect with others, and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
